What is Mental Wealth-Care™*?
Mental Wealth-Care™ is a framework co-developed based on the clinical philosophy of Root & Rise Clinical Specialists and Limitless Integrative Wellness. Rather than focusing only on symptom reduction, Mental Wealth-Care™ prioritizes long-term emotional resilience, nervous system regulation, personal insight, and sustainable psychological well-being. This approach recognizes that mental health is not simply the absence of distress, but the presence of clarity, stability, purpose, and the internal resources needed to navigate life with greater confidence and autonomy. The Mental Wealth-Care™* philosophy reflects the clinical approach developed by the founders of Root & Rise Clinical Specialists and the broader Limitless Integrative Wellness ecosystem.
With more than 20 years of combined clinical experience, our team of Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) and Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs) delivers thoughtful, results-driven therapy that honors the individuality of every client. As an intentionally private-pay practice, Root & Rise prioritizes clinical autonomy, allowing therapists to provide deeply personalized care without the limitations often imposed by insurance-driven systems.
Our work is grounded in the belief that mental wealth is a vital component of overall well-being. Rather than relying solely on traditional talk therapy, we integrate diverse, evidence-based modalities that support emotional resilience, nervous system regulation, and long-term personal growth.
Root & Rise Clinical Specialists serves as the clinical psychotherapy practice and foundation within the broader Limitless Integrative Wellness ecosystem, home of the Mind Spa™ wellness model created by psychotherapist and entrepreneur Kristina Scaglione, LCSW-R. Within this collaborative ecosystem, psychotherapy, integrative wellness services, and interdisciplinary care intersect to support whole-person healing.
Within our practice, clients find a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where they can explore their experiences, build insight, and develop the tools needed to root, rise, and thrive.

|“Mental Wealth is about more than mental health. It’s the legacy we build through language, expression, and our capacity to rise from what we’ve endured.”|
Christina Scheinberg, LMHC
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (NY & FL)
Certified RTM Provider | Trauma Specialist |Integrative Mental Health Clinician
Helping You Reclaim Peace, One Memory at a Time
I’m Christina Scheinberg, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), in both NY & FL specializing in an innovative, research-informed trauma therapy known as the Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM) protocol.
RTM is a gentle, visualization-based process grounded in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). This approach offers relief from flashbacks, nightmares, fear, terror and helplessness—without requiring clients to relive their trauma. It is one of the few interventions I’ve encountered that is both non-invasive and rapidly effective, often transforming even long-standing traumatic memories in a matter of sessions.
With over 17 years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve supported individuals through a wide range of traumatic experiences—from domestic violence to the lasting emotional impact of 9/11. No matter the story, I believe healing is possible. And with the right tools and the right support, clients can regain their sense of safety, clarity, and inner calm.
What I love most about RTM is how it honors the depth of each person’s story—while allowing them to move forward without being trapped by it. My role is to hold a safe, grounded space where healing can begin, where peace becomes more than a hope—it becomes real, one step at a time.
I chose to join the Root & Rise Clinical Specialists team because it deeply aligns with the mission to provide high-quality, holistic, and trauma-informed care within a supportive, collaborative environment. As both a Root & Rise clinician and a member of the Limitless Integrative Wellness Collective, I can embody the belief that true healing extends beyond the therapy room.
Through this work, I help clients begin their healing journey with RTM, and they continue that journey surrounded by a holistic, empowered team. It’s an honor to be part of a space where personal growth is not only possible, but truly supported at every level.
Joining Root & Rise means being part of something bigger—a movement to reimagine what therapy can feel like when it’s grounded in connection, collaboration, and whole-person healing.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner | Integrative Wellness & Aesthetic Specialists Serving Root & Rise Clinical Specialists in New York & Florida
April Lee, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with more than 20 years of medical experience across oncology, emergency care, and psychiatry. During her time in oncology, April witnessed firsthand how patients often lacked the emotional and psychological support they needed—not just for themselves, but for their families and loved ones navigating the journey alongside them. This insight ignited her passion for delivering care that treats the whole person and their support system.
April earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Stony Brook University and now specializes in nervous system-informed psychiatric care, medication management, and integrative wellness practices. Her approach blends medical precision with emotional attunement, ensuring that both clients and their support networks feel seen, heard, and guided throughout the treatment process.
As the founder of Mindful Med Health & Wellness, April has created a model of care that bridges psychiatry, IV vitamin therapy, and aesthetic medicine—delivered in a warm, judgment-free space. Through her collaboration with Root & Rise Clinical Specialists in both New York and Florida, she extends this comprehensive support to a wider community, offering personalized care for individuals and families alike.
Known for her grounded presence and compassionate, no-nonsense approach, April empowers clients to take ownership of their mental health while also honoring the essential role that loved ones and caregivers play in the healing process.

Tiffany Yaker, LMHC
Individual & Couples Therapist Helping Neurodivergent Minds & Relationships Thrive
Life doesn’t come with a roadmap, and for many people, it can feel like everyone else somehow received one. Whether you’re navigating ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), social anxiety, executive functioning challenges, relationship difficulties, or questioning why everyday life feels more overwhelming than it seems to for others, therapy can provide a space to better understand yourself and move forward with confidence.
Tiffany Yaker is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who specializes in helping adults, young adults, and couples navigate life’s complexities with authenticity, resilience, and self-compassion. She is particularly passionate about providing neurodiversity-affirming care for individuals with ADHD, autism, unique learning and communication styles, sensory sensitivities, rejection sensitivity, and neurodivergent burnout. Tiffany also enjoys working with clients who suspect they may be neurodivergent and are looking to better understand themselves through a compassionate, strengths-based lens.
A special focus of Tiffany’s practice is supporting young adults as they navigate major life transitions, including college, entering the workforce, increasing independence, and what is often referred to as the “failure-to-launch” stage. Together, you’ll identify practical starting points, strengthen executive functioning skills, build confidence, and develop meaningful goals that feel achievable and authentic to who you are.
Tiffany also has a strong interest in working with couples who feel stuck in the same arguments, patterns of misunderstanding, and cycles of disconnection. Sometimes it can feel as though you and your partner are speaking completely different languages; one partner pushes for connection while the other shuts down, leaving both feeling increasingly frustrated and alone. Tiffany helps couples identify the predictable relationship patterns keeping them stuck and understand what is happening beneath the conflict. Drawing from Attachment Theory and The Five Love Languages, she helps partners better understand how they seek connection, express love, and respond when their needs feel unmet.
For neurodiverse couples, Tiffany also explores how differences in neurological processing, communication styles, emotional needs, and sensory experiences may be contributing to disconnection. Rather than viewing these differences as relationship failures, she helps partners develop greater understanding of one another while building clearer communication, reducing conflict, and creating relationship structures that support both partners.
In addition to her work with neurodivergent clients and couples, Tiffany provides an affirming space for individuals exploring gender identity, sexual identity, and relationship concerns. She has completed doctoral coursework in sex therapy and incorporates relationship-focused sex therapy into her work when clinically appropriate, helping clients navigate intimacy, communication, shame, and authentic connection within their relationships.
Tiffany’s therapeutic approach is creative, engaging, and action-oriented. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and EMDR-informed techniques to help clients process difficult experiences while developing practical skills for lasting change. She believes therapy should feel collaborative, individualized, and empowering, meeting each client where they are while helping them build the confidence and tools to thrive.
Above all, Tiffany strives to create a space where clients feel genuinely heard, deeply understood, and supported in becoming their most authentic selves. Whether you’re navigating neurodivergence, relationship challenges, identity exploration, or a significant life transition, Tiffany is committed to helping you build a life that feels connected, meaningful, and sustainable.
